Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy
At Avec Grasse Perfumes, we strive to provide the best quality fragrances to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
Fragrances (Perfume, Attar, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not accept return, exchange, or cancellation requests once the order is placed.
Refund Policy for Failed Transactions
In case of a failed online transaction, refunds are automatically processed to the original payment source.
The refund process may take up to 7 working days (depending on the bank).
Shipping Charges for Order Issues
Customers will be liable to pay forward & return shipping charges in the following cases:
Incomplete or Incorrect Address:
If the customer fails to provide essential details (mobile number, address, pincode, etc.), leading to a delivery failure.
Unavailability at the Time of Delivery:
If the customer is not available to receive the order or refuses to accept it, causing the package to be returned to us.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To process a replacement claim, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage or defect.
Customers must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
